Terms and Conditions

"INNOVATORS RACE 50 BY CAPGEMINI" (hereinafter referred to as "Race") is organized and conducted by Capgemini Service SAS ("Capgemini"). The Race will be hosted and telecast on social and digital media channels on the terms and conditions as stated here under ("Terms and Conditions"). The below T&C are applicable to all the candidates who intend to participate in the competition 'Innovators Race 50 by Capgemini'

1. Summary of the Competition

  • 1.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
    • 1.1.1 Capgemini (and/or its designees) shall be referred to as “Competition Management”.
    • 1.1.2 Start-ups applying to the competition are herein referred to as “Applicants”.
  • 1.2 The Competition endeavors to give a unique opportunity to individuals who own a startup (One representative over the age of 18 from each applying start-up, which has at least one full-time founding member) to apply, to participate and be selected as contestant in the Competition to demonstrate their skills ('Shortlisted Contestants') to compete to win prizes and the title 'Innovators'.
  • 1.3 The Competition will have 5 competitive themes (GovTech & social enterprises, FinTech & mobility, Consumers & well-being, Digital processes & transformation, Data & security). Participants are required to identify the theme their startup is most aligned to and fill in an online application questionnaire (they can also provide a 2 min pitch video and/or a slideshow presentation of up to 10 slides). This questionnaire (and accompanying content) will be the selection basis for the Competition.
  • 1.4 In the 1st round, out of the total Applicants, 10 per theme will be selected for the 2nd round. The top 10 contestants per theme will be determined amongst the participants by means of jury panel (7 shortlists per theme), online voting by the general online public globally (2 shortlists per theme) and online voting by Capgemini employees (1 shortlist per theme).
  • 1.5 The Top 10 contestants shortlisted per theme will have to attend an interview with Capgemini’s jury panel. It can be a personal interview or through audio/video chat where the jury will evaluate and provide scores based on which the top 2 within each theme will be selected. There will be no inter-city travel required at this stage. The jury panel shall be comprised of Capgemini and external experts selected by Capgemini from the relevant fields of business and technology.
  • 1.6 The top 2 shortlisted contestants from each theme will have the opportunity to engage with Capgemini and external experts during the months of April and May 2017. They will be filmed to capture the experience as they go about this phase which will be published on social and digital channels (and may also be promoted through other and all communications channels), and contestants also qualify for the grand finale to be held in Paris. A finale jury panel consisting of subject matter experts selected by Capgemini will then finally select the winning contestant within each theme.
  • 1.7 This Competition includes contests of innovative startups, where participants and shortlisted contestants have to fill in a questionnaire (and potentially make a business pitch video and/or slideshow presentation) describing vision, area of function, the problem the business idea intends to solve, differentiating factors from competition, existing business plan and long term viability of the company. The application will be judged by experts whose decision is final, based on criteria that are outlined in these Terms and Conditions and the Rules for the Competition. The Competition also includes online voting by the public, wherein public voters may vote on any basis they choose. The public can vote for more than one contestant, however they can cast only one vote for a contestant, multiple votes will be disqualified or consolidated and considered as one.

2. Who can participate?

The Competition is open to:

  • 2.1 Any start-up that is registered within a given country as a legally operating business firm; neither its total revenue nor total funding should exceed USD 6mn; has Product(s) or service(s) (proof of Concept/Beta) that fit one of the five themes (as detailed in Paragraph 1.3 above) ; makes Innovative use of technology to solve real world business challenges.
  • 2.2 One representative over the age of 18 from each candidate start-up, preferably a founding member.
  • 2.3 Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of Capgemini and its affiliates across the globe, sponsors and partners of the Competition (including their immediate family members), their affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
  • 2.4 An Applicant cannot apply or participate on behalf of another individual / person. One Applicant can only apply for one theme. One individual / person cannot represent more than one Applicant. One candidate start-up can only apply to the Competition once and, in case of multiple entries, Competition Management may decide to disqualify all entries submitted by the candidate start-up, including the initial one even if it has been already approved.
  • 2.5 Applicants agree to make themselves available for the week starting on June 12th 2017 and to travel to Paris, France. Competition Management reserves the right to change that timeline, in which case it will inform Applicants accordingly.
  • 2.6 The Top 10 participants will be required (if they haven’t done so already) to submit an additional 2-min business pitch video to apply for the finale of the Race.

3. How to participate?

In order to be eligible to participate:

  • 3.1 The Applicant should visit the website:
  • 3.2 The Applicant registration is considered complete only when the Applicant has filled in all details of the mandatory details as described in the application form and received confirmation thereof. The Applicant has the option of submitting a 2-min business pitch video Youtube link and/or a 10-slide maximum presentation Slideshare link.
  • 3.3 The Applicant should provide his/her name, valid email id, contact details, a correct permanent address and other details as may be required so as to enable Competition Management to contact the Applicants as may be required; All Applicants must be able to prove (when requested by Competition Management) through valid documentation that they are a legally registered business in at least one country.
  • 3.4 The Applicant must submit a scanned copy of any one of the following documents as a proof of identity and eligibility:
    • 3.4.1 Passport
    • 3.4.2 National identity card
    • 3.4.3 Voter's ID
    • 3.4.4 Driving License
  • 3.5 Submitted applications will be subject to validation by Competition Management.
  • 3.6 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Applicants expressly consent to have their personal data transferred to a foreign jurisdiction subject to applicable privacy policy found at
  • 3.7 By submitting the application form for participation in the Competition, it is implied that Applicants have accepted these Terms and Conditions stated herein, as well as in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy found at which govern the Competition. The shortlisted contestants may be asked to provide additional documentation as a condition to being selected as shortlisted contestants to compete in the finale within each category during the Competition.

4. Upon receipt of Valid Entries

  • 4.1 The information, including questionnaire answers, videos and slideshows, as submitted by Applicants, will be available, when stipulated in the entry form, for public viewing online and public voting.
  • 4.2 Contestants with maximum votes in each theme stand a better chance to qualify and make it to the top 10 per theme: 2 contestants with maximum votes from the public will be selected per theme, 1 contestant with maximum votes from Capgemini employees will be selected per theme, the remaining 7 contestants being selected by the jury panel. The jury panel will consist of members from Capgemini, external experts or any other combination decided by the Competition management.
  • 4.3 Once the shortlisted Applicants are chosen, those selected will be informed by email. Reasonable attempts will be made by Competition Management to reach the shortlisted contestants. The 10 shortlisted contestants for each theme will be announced on the Web Page in March and be informed about the schedule of the Competition and event flow.
  • 4.4 From the 10 contestants selected per theme, the jury will then select the top 2 contestants. For the purpose of evaluating and selecting the 2 shortlisted contestants per theme for the Competition, the jury panel will use the information gathered during one-on-one interviews with Applicants, through video conferences or physical meetings when possible, as well as information submitted by them earlier. Selection of the top 2 Applicants per theme, i.e. the top 10 finalists of the Competition, will be announced by the beginning of April.
  • 4.5 Capgemini has their Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) network located in various parts of the world. The 2 shortlisted Applicants per theme will be provided the opportunity through the AIE to access the insights and expertise of Capgemini subject matter experts during the subsequent mentoring stage. This phase is facilitated by Capgemini AIE’s during the months of April and May 2017 through virtual interaction and, where possible, in-person meetings.
  • 4.6 The Applicants will be filmed during this phase to capture the experience as they go about their mentorship phase. The details of these shoots are to be provided by the Competition Management in due course. This footage will then be post produced as web series episodes that will be posted on digital channels for the online public to view.
  • 4.8 The 10 Applicants (2 per theme) selected by jury will then qualify for the grand finale and will be required to travel to Paris for the shooting of the Grand Finale, unless informed otherwise by the Competition Management (details will be sent to the finalists in due course). All finalist Applicants need to present a live final pitch of their business in front of a jury selected by Competition Management.
  • 4.9 The selection of the winning Applicants in the Grand Finale will be subject to the sole discretion and approval of the jury panel and other criteria as determined by the Competition Management. 5 winners will be selected by the jury, 1 for each of the 5 themes of the Competition.
  • 4.10 The 5 Winners will be declared on and all other official social channels on October 5th 2017 (date subject to change). Applicants in the final round will be required to adhere to full non-disclosure of their activities concerning the Competition until confirmed otherwise by the Competition Management. As a consequence, they agree not to communicate on the outcome or any activity related to the competition in any way or on any medium before official declarations on October 5th (date subject to change).
  • 4.11 All reasonable and standard costs directly related to activities linked to participation in the Competition as required by the Competition Management, including costs for travel (excluding cost of traveling to the Applicant’s departure airport), visa, meals and accommodation for the contestants during the entire duration of the Competition shall be borne by the Competition Management. Applicants will have to make their own arrangements to gain travel permits (visa etc) to other countries wherein the cost will be reimbursed. In no circumstances would the Competition Management be responsible for shortlisted contestants' other costs, including but not limited to those associated with insurance, medical costs, tips, cost of travel to airport; wardrobe, loss or theft of any belongings or similar.

5. Prizes

  • 5.1 The Applicants winning the Grand Finale Round will be awarded with the title of '2017 InnovatorsRace winner' and prize money of USD 50,000. The prize money will be paid by electronic fund transfer to the bank accounts of the winning contestants’ companies and would be subject to applicable tax deduction. The prize money will be paid in the local currency of the country in which the winning Applicants’ companies are registered and local country tax laws shall apply. Applicants shall bear tax (in whatsoever form) applicable on the prize money.
  • 5.2 In addition to the prize money, winners also receive:
    • 5.2.1 Serge Kampf entrepreneurship and innovation awards
    • 5.2.2 The opportunity to visit or engage with Capgemini's AIEs for a unique innovation-based experience. This experience is not an employment with Capgemini or an internship program.
    • 5.2.3 The opportunity to get introduced to Capgemini clients and partners. This experience offers no guarantee that winners will become a Capgemini partner neither that it will generate revenues.
    • 5.2.4 Exposure on international media, including being featured on a web hub created by an international media conglomerate.
    • 5.2.5 The possibility to network with a Unicorn startup executive.
  • 5.3 For claiming the prizes, the winning Applicants would need to submit documents required by the Competition Management within a period of time as required (even if these were submitted earlier). The prize money will be awarded to the winning Applicants pursuant to verification of relevant documents referred above and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • 5.4 Prize money for the winning Applicants will be distributed by the Competition Management to the winning Applicants in local currency of the country by a Capgemini entity. International currency exchange rate as determined by Competition Management as of October 5th, 2017 (date subject to change) will apply.
  • 5.5 If any Applicant is disqualified by the Competition Management for any reason, such as being found ineligible or failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions, then the Applicant will be disqualified and the next eligible Applicant will replace the disqualified Applicant for the next stage or to receive the prize money and the title, as the case may be, by following the aforementioned procedure. The Competition Management and/or its designees will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact such next eligible Applicant, but will not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever if the Applicants cannot be contacted or if the Applicant fails to respond within 3 natural days of being contacted by the Competition Management.
  • 5.6 The Competition Management may refuse to pay the prize money or reclaim / recover the prize money awarded to the winning Applicants in the event any of the Applicants are found to be involved in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, dishonesty, unethical behavior, any alleged infringement until the claim is resolved or non-entitlement to participate in the Competition under these Terms and Conditions.
  • 5.7 Prize money and winning title is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable and only the winning Applicants and no other persons, representatives or agents may claim the same.
  • 5.8 The Competition Management has the right to change, reduce, substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal value, as determined by Competition Management in its sole discretion.

6. General Terms & Conditions

  • 6.1 Applicants can only apply for participation in the Competition through the Website and with all requisite information. Applicants are advised to read and understand these Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which are deemed to be applicable to this Competition by reference.
  • 6.2 All applications must be accurate and complete to be eligible for evaluation. All mandatory fields of the application form need to be complete in all respects; else applicants may be disqualified from participation.
  • 6.3 Launch date of the Competition and website is January 10th, 2017 (date subject to change). Last date for receiving completed application forms is 9 am CET on March 6, 2017 for Applicants from all participating countries (date subject to change).
  • 6.4 Any application submitted after the date and time specified above will not be accepted, unless otherwise confirmed by and as per discretion of Competition Management.
  • 6.5 By submitting the application form for participation in the Competition, it is implied that Applicants have accepted these Terms and Conditions stated herein, as well as in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy found at which govern the Race. During the course of the Competition, the individual representing the start-up should not be replaced or the start-up represented by any other team member/employee, unless otherwise specified as per discretion of Competition Management.
  • 6.6 The Competition will be conducted in English.
  • 6.7 If at any time, any information provided by any Applicant is found to have submitted incorrect or incomplete information in any manner, then Competition Management reserves the right to disqualify such Applicant from the Competition, including the rights to take appropriate legal action.
  • 6.8 Disqualification of entries is at the sole discretion of the Competition Management, on a case by case basis.
  • 6.9 Applicants may be contacted for any additional information and/or conduct a field visit to verify the information provided. In the event it is not possible to contact any Applicants to obtain information from them, interview them, etc. such Applicant will be disqualified from further participation.
  • 6.10 Applicants understand and agree that merely submitting an application for the Competition does not entitle the Applicant to participate in the Competition and/or win prizes or to any other form of consideration. Applicants must comply with all these Terms and Conditions, and must qualify in accordance with such Terms and Conditions at each stage of the Competition.
  • 6.11 The Competition Management has the right to ask for documentary proof of information provided. If such a request is made and the Applicant does not comply within five (5) natural days from the date the request is made, the Applicant may be disqualified from participation in the Competition.
  • 6.12 Applicants warrant and represent to the Competition Management and Capgemini that all information including any communications, software, photos, text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images, documents, designs, presentations and other material submitted by the Applicant for the Competition ("Content") are solely owned by the Applicant or are provided with the express authority of the applicable owner(s) and the use of the Content by the Competition Management and/or Capgemini will not infringe upon any other individual or organizational rights (including, without limitation, intellectual and industrial property rights). Applicants shall be completely responsible for handling any infringement or alleged infringement and shall indemnify, defend and hold the Competition Management, Capgemini, or their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents harmless, from any claims, arising out of or in connection with losses, costs, damages, expenses from infringement or alleged infringement by any Content, or the defense of a claim or any costs payable thereof.
  • 6.13 In consideration for participating in the Competition, the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR, including but not limited to trademark, copyright, design, patent, etc.) of any Content delivered by the Applicant for the Competition and created before, during the call for entries and/or during the course of the Competition shall be owned by the Applicants. Applicants hereby grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, irrevocable license to use and display the Content for internal and external uses for marketing, promotional and similar purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, Capgemini shall have the right to modify partially or totally the Content to adapt it to specific marketing needs (i.e. duration of video, color of a presentation, format of a document).
  • 6.14 By submitting an entry for the Competition, Applicant automatically grants the Competition Management and Capgemini a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, universal, transferable, non-exclusive right and license to use and display such entry for participation and the Competition, and any intellectual property rights in the Content and in relation to and arising out of such participation in the Competition, and images or footage thereof, which shall include trade publications, press releases, electronic posting to the Web Page, or any other website, TV channels, electronic hyperlinks to the Web Page, and any display format selected by Capgemini during the Competition or used by Capgemini as they deem fit and mutually agreed between them, without any further documentation, permission or consent of the Applicants.
  • 6.15 By entering into the Competition and/or accepting the prizes, companies (collectively) and Applicants (individually) waive all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights and consents to Capgemini's right to picture, tape, record or portray him/her as a Competition winner, and to exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation television, film, internet, Instagram, radio, print and social media, without any compensation whatsoever for advertising and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law. The Winning contest Applicants also consent to Capgemini's right to use Applicants’ names), voices or pictures, or the content of their Entry (collectively, the "Publicity Rights"). Capgemini can allow its agencies to exercise/exploit the Publicity Rights in conjunction with Capgemini.
  • 6.17 Applicants agree to participate in the Competition at their own will and the Competition Management and Capgemini are not in any way obligated or liable for any loss or costs that the Applicants may suffer or incur and nothing is payable to the Applicants for participating in the Competition or the events following the Competition broadcast.
  • 6.18 The Competition Management and Capgemini cannot and shall not be held accountable or liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the Competition. Further, neither the Competition Management, Capgemini nor its contractors will be held responsible for matters out of their control and for force majeure reasons.
  • 6.19 Capgemini is not responsible for any malfunction of the website site or any late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, or destroyed Applications due to system errors, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or other telecommunication transmission malfunctions, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, typographical or system/human errors and failures, technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, cable connections, satellite transmissions, servers or providers, or computer equipment, traffic congestion on the Internet or at the website site which may limit a Applicant’s ability to participate.
  • 6.20 Efforts will be made to adhere to the defined timelines. However, the defined timelines are subject to change based on circumstances. It is expressly provided that Competition Management reserves the right to change the dates and timelines at its sole discretion.
  • 6.21 The Competition Management reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, withdraw or amend or add to these Terms and Conditions or the rules / format of the Competition at any time and does not take responsibility for any loss or damage that any Applicant may suffer as a result of participating or attempting to participate in the Race, the Competition being withdrawn or the Terms and Conditions or rules / format being amended.
  • 6.22 In the event any Applicant (including winning Applicant) is found to be in violation of any rules of the Competition or is found to be involved in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, dishonesty, unethical behavior or alleged infringement until the issue is resolved during the Race, the Race Management reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such Participant and take any other action in its sole discretion including but not limited to recovering the prize money or any expenses it may have paid or incurred in relation to that Participant.
  • 6.23 The Competition Management reserves the right to change the jury panel at any stages of the show, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • 6.24 All information provided in connection with the Competition is provided "as- is" without warranty of any kind. The Competition Management makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the Applicant and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timelines, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • 6.25 Use or reproduce in any manner whatsoever Capgemini’s' brand, trademarks or logos (or those of Capgemini’s' subsidiaries) to designate or communicate on their Projects without the prior express and written consent from Capgemini which may set terms and conditions for such use; and file trademarks, logos and/or corporate names belonging to Capgemini and its subsidiaries nor file any trademarks, logos and/or corporate names that would be similar to those belonging to Capgemini and its subsidiaries are prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
  • 6.26 At all times, both during and after the end of the InnovatorsRace50 Initiative, Applicants undertake not to harm or take any action which may harm the image of Capgemini in any way whatsoever. This implies, notably, a duty of discretion in all communications and the obligation to ensure that any information to which the Participants or the start-up had access to during or after the InnovatorsRace50 Initiative remains confidential. In case of breach of this obligation by Applicants, they may be disqualified.
  • 6.27 The fair market value of all prizes will be reported to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction as required by law. Any withholding requirements will be complied with. Taxation of any proceeds should be discussed with your tax advisor. Taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. In the case of US residents, an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the winners for the value of the prize awarded.

7. Indemnities

  • 7.1 The Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in France. All matters with respect to the Competition are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Paris.
  • 7.2 The Applicant and their successors-in-interest hereby shall hold harmless, defend and indemnify the Race Management, Capgemini, and their respective employees, officers, contractors, partners or other persons used by them in relation to this Race against any loss, claim, demands, costs, damages, judgments, expenses or liability (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with any or all claims or alleged claims, that may be brought against Capgemini, the Competition Management, or by any third party in connection with the Participants’ involvement in the Competition, winning the Competition, awarding or the use or misuse of any prize and shall reimburse Capgemini, and/or the Competition Management for any loss, costs, expense, or damage to which said indemnity applies. Capgemini and/or the Competition Management (as the case may be) shall give the Applicant written notice of any claim or actions covered by this indemnity, and the Applicant shall have the right, at their own expense, to participate in any such action.
  • 7.3 Any conflict within various provisions of these Terms and Conditions and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be done by the Jury (for determining the winner or any connected issues) or the Competition Management (for all other issues). The decision of the Jury Panel and the Competition Management shall be final and binding.
  • 7.4 If Applicants are unclear as to the Terms and Conditions or any element of the Competition or have any queries/concerns pertaining to the Race, they can write in with their questions, concerns or queries to

8. Disclaimers

  • 8.1 The Competition Management has no obligation to screen an application or any information contained therein in advance, and is not responsible for monitoring applications, to prevent violation of intellectual property ownership rights, or violations of any law, rule or regulation. If the Competition Management is notified of submissions or materials that allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, it may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in its sole discretion whether to reject an application from the Competition. The Competition Management has no liability or responsibility to Applicants or other users of the Web Page for performance or non-performance of the Web Page.
  • 8.2 The Web Page and online entry form are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Capgemini and the Competition Management disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in respect of the awards, website, online entry form. Without limiting the foregoing, Capgemini and the Competition Management specifically disclaim any warranty (a) that the Web Page, online entry form will be uninterrupted or error-free, (b) that defects will be corrected, (c) that there are no viruses or other harmful components that exist on the Web Site, online entry form (d) regarding the security of information submitted, and (e) regarding correctness, accuracy, or reliability of such information. If the Participant's use of the Web Site, online entry form results in the need for servicing or replacement of the Participant's or another's equipment or data, Capgemini and the Competition Management are not responsible for those costs.

9. Limitation of Liability and Remedies

  • 9.1 The Competition Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time and at any stage of the judging process, to reject or disqualify any Applicant or application that is deemed ineligible or for any reason that the Competition Management feels is necessary and/or appropriate, including without limitation, if that Applicant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or the rules of the Competition, the Competition Management determines he/she is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition by cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Applicants or the Competition Management, the Jury Panel has interfered, in the Competition Management's sole opinion, with the proper conduct of the Competition.
  • 9.2 An Applicant and/or any party that accesses the Web Page, online entry form or PDF entry form (individually the "visitor") agrees that neither Capgemini nor any third party content or service providers involved in the Race will be liable to the visitor for any loss or damages, either actual or consequential, arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, the visitor's use or inability to use the Web Page, the visitor's submission of an entry to the Web Page, or to the visitor's reliance upon information obtained from or through the Web Page, online entry form or PDF entry form, participation in the program, travel, or use or misuse of any prize. Any claims, judgments and/or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Competition. In particular, neither Capgemini (including any Capgemini group entity) nor its third party content or service providers will have liability for any consequential, indirect, punitive, special or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable (including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, errors, loss of data, or interruption in availability of data), arising out of or relating to the awards, terms of use, the visitor's use or inability to use the Web Page, online entry form or to the visitor's reliance upon information obtained from or through the Web Page, participation in the Competition, travel, or use or misuse of any prize, whether based in contract, tort, statutory or otherwise.
  • 9.3 The participation in the Competition implies unconditional acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions and rules of the Competition by the Applicant.
  • 9.4 The decision of Capgemini and the Competition Management as to the interpretation of any of these Terms and Conditions and Rules of the Competition shall be final and binding on the Competition Applicants.
